At Fabtech Sterling we are committed to doing our bit for the environment. As a responsible corporate citizen, we plan our processes and products in a manner that includes sustainability before, during and after the application incorporated clearly under our ‘Green Policy’. 

We seek continuous enhancement in energy efficiency, reduction of emissions, and conservation of resources, along with other areas of improvement. We strive to minimize the environmental impact of our products - right from design right up to disposal. CCB boards are environment friendly building material and are manufactured under a strict 'Green Policy' using eco-friendly manufacturing processes. 

Our CCB manufacturing process creates very little industrial dust, oil and dirt – which are regular by-products of conventional industrial manufacturing.  The production process used for the CCB product uses pulp from farmed trees only.  Under no circumstances are any natural forests decimated as a result of using these raw material. Also, there are several areas in the CCB production process where the production machines/production process makes use of unavoidable wastage. 

• Steam produced in heating process is re-used in the product curing process

• Waste material from burning rice husks is recycled into the product

• Water is recycled into vast ‘ponds’ and reused in the product manufacturing process.

• There is no CFS(cold formed steel) in the polystyrene (in case of thermal panels).

• HIMI is again a green product made from 100% recycled plastic.
